Boards that moved the needle
Every case below was tracked on The Reach Board with baseline metrics, fortnightly reviews, and client sign-off on scope changes. Names anonymised where requested.
Case 01 · F&B · West Region
Limbang eatery — map pack top three
Challenge: A family-run outlet near Limbang Shopping Centre ranked page two for "best [cuisine] near me" despite strong offline footfall. GBP photos were dated, categories mismatched, and competitors spammed the map pack with keyword-stuffed names.
Approach: We rebuilt the profile with correct primary and secondary categories, uploaded a twelve-week photo cadence, and launched geo-targeted posts tied to lunch promos. Parallel on-page work added neighbourhood landing copy for Keat Hong and Yew Tee. Review response templates cut owner time to five minutes daily.
Results (12 weeks): Map pack position improved from #8 to #2 for three core queries. Direction requests up 41%. Phone calls from GBP up 34%. Board reviews confirmed sustained position through a competitor promo month — evidence the lift was structural, not seasonal luck.
Case 02 · Home services · Islandwide
Renovation contractor — enquiry funnel rebuild
Challenge: Search Ads spend exceeded $8,000 monthly but cost-per-lead climbed quarter on quarter. Landing pages duplicated ad copy without trust signals. Call tracking was misattributed across three microsites.
Approach: We consolidated tracking in GA4, rebuilt two high-intent landing pages with project galleries and licence badges, and resegmented campaigns by service type — kitchen, bathroom, full-home. Negative keyword lists expanded from board-logged search term reports. Fortnightly CPL sat alongside sales-team lead quality scores.
Results (10 weeks): Cost-per-lead down 28%. Conversion rate on primary landing page up from 2.1% to 4.6%. Sales team reported higher quote-ready enquiries. Board documented which ad groups to scale versus pause — client approved budget shift without a separate strategy deck.
More boards in progress
We maintain active engagements with dental clinics in Bukit Panjang, tuition centres along the North-South corridor, and wellness studios in Jurong. Each follows the same Reach Method: brief, map, run, review. Case write-ups publish when clients approve public summaries.
What our cases have in common
Every published result started with a written brief, a baseline metric snapshot, and at least one full board review cycle before we claimed success. We do not cherry-pick vanity screenshots — the board shows the full timeline including weeks where numbers flatlined and what we changed in response.
Clients who visit our Limbang desk often say the physical board is what builds trust: tasks move columns in real time during reviews, and there is no hidden backlog in someone else's project tool. Remote clients receive the same PDF export after every session.
