FAQ
Questions before you brief us
Straight answers about how KangCrime works, what The Reach Board includes, and what to expect from a north-west growth desk.
Is KangCrime a true-crime brand, a “get pro rich” scheme, an AI income course, or a guaranteed-rankings service?
No. We are a Choa Chu Kang growth studio handling SEO, content and paid + organic cadence under a scoped proposal. “Kang” cues Choa Chu Kang; “Crime” is brand-family naming only — this is not true crime or crime media. The .pro TLD is branding only. We do not sell income schemes, do not run an AI course as our product, and do not guarantee rankings or ROI. Results vary — see our disclaimer in the footer and on our Terms of Service page.
What happens during the first growth brief session?
We spend forty-five to sixty minutes at our Limbang desk or on video covering your offer, ideal customer profile, service geography, seasonality, current marketing spend, and what a successful quarter looks like in enquiries or revenue. You leave with a draft board outline — channels, tasks, and suggested ninety-day milestones — even before any contract is signed. There is no charge for the initial brief if we both agree the fit is wrong.
How is KangCrime different from a general digital agency?
We cap active boards so senior strategists stay involved, publish fortnightly metrics in plain English, and pin every task to a visible Reach Board you can inspect in person. We do not sell unrelated services like web-app development or influencer packages — local SEO, paid cadence, and reporting are our lanes.
Do you require long-term lock-in contracts?
Engagements run on ninety-day cadences with thirty-day notice thereafter. We earn renewal by board results, not multi-year paperwork. Pause terms are available for seasonal businesses — renovation teams, tuition centres — with board reactivation fees quoted upfront.
Which industries do you work with most?
Clinics and dental practices, home-service trades, F&B with dine-in or delivery, tuition and enrichment centres, wellness studios, and professional services with local catchments. If your customers search by neighbourhood or "near me," we can likely help.
How quickly will we see changes in local search visibility?
GBP and on-page fixes often produce map movement in four to eight weeks. Competitive keywords in dense corridors may need a full quarter. We log baseline ranks at kick-off so you see deltas, not anecdotes.
Can we access ad accounts and analytics ourselves?
Yes. You retain ownership of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and Search Console. We request admin or partner access and document every change on the board. Offboarding includes a full credential handback checklist.
Do you offer one-off audits without ongoing management?
We run fixed-scope SEO and ads audits that deliver a prioritised fix list on the board. Implementation can stay in-house or convert to a Board Starter cadence. Audit deliverables include technical findings, GBP review, competitor snapshot, and a ninety-day action sequence.
What does board reporting include?
Fortnightly PDF covering sessions, conversions, ad spend, cost-per-enquiry, GBP insights, and rank movement for agreed keywords. Narrative sections explain what we kept, cut, or shifted — and why. Raw dashboard links included for finance reconciliation.
Can we visit the Choa Chu Kang desk?
Yes. Book via the contact form or call +65 6769 4173. Walk-ins welcome Mon–Fri before 17:00 when a strategist is available. Saturday visits by appointment only.
How do you handle personal data under PDPA?
We collect only what is needed for your engagement, store it on encrypted systems with role-based access, and delete or anonymise upon request subject to legal retention. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
